1. Equipped with dual control modes, each station boasts a sophisticated pressure micro-control unit paired with microcomputer governance. This allows for the seamless setting and adjustment of critical parameters such as pressure, time, and accuracy through both the pressure micro-control unit and a PC interface.
2. This advanced system provides real-time display and storage capabilities for eight essential parameters, including pressure and time status. With the capacity to retain pressure data for an impressive 8760 hours, users can rest assured that data integrity is maintained even when the system is offline.
3. The intelligent system automatically discerns between effective and ineffective time parameters. An effective time is defined by the periods when pressure remains within the pre-set bounds, ensuring test accuracy.
4. Each station is equipped with dual solenoid valves from Germany's GSR, which function independently to meet test requirements with an exceptional precision of ±0.0001MPa.
5. Every station includes a high-precision pressure sensor, boasting a remarkable resolution of 0.001MPa, underscoring the system's commitment to accuracy.
6. Featuring an imported pressure station from the reputable American Giant, each station exceeds the performance standards of traditional Chinese-made water pressure pumps. Furthermore, it operates quietly, eliminating the need for an air pump.
7. Thanks to our distributed control strategy incorporating both microcomputers and PCs, the system ensures continuous operation and data preservation even when offline, safeguarding test data for up to 8760 hours.
