1. Application & Features:
This WAW-S series computer control servo hydraulic universal testing machine is designed for measuring breaking strength, yield strength at 1% extension, elongation, total percent elongation at maximum force etc of PC strand (prestress steel strand).
It uses high precision load cell to measure testing force, high precision encoder to measure displacement and extensometer to measure deformation of PC strand.
It adopts professional hydraulic operated tensile grip, easy and quickly grip the sample. The successful testing ratio can reach to 100%, the sample is broken at the middle position. Not only it improves the successful testing ratio, it also saves time and testing cost. It's an ideal testing machine for PC strand manufacturer, quality inspect bureau, college and university, etc.
2. Standards:
The machine is calibrated according to ISO 75001 and ASTM E4. In testing standard, it conforms to ASTM A416, ASTM A1061, ISO6934, ISO6892, etc international testing standards.
